Crude palm oil extend losses on global cues

Crude palm oil prices fell for the second day in a row by losing Rs 4.40 per 10 kg in futures trading today as speculators offloaded their positions in tandem with a weakening global trend, marketmen said.
At the MCX, crude palm oil for delivery in June fell by Rs 4.40, or 0.78%, to Rs 558 per 10 kg, with a business turnover of 13 lots.

The July contract shed Rs 2.80, or 0.49%, to Rs 563 per 10 kg, with an open interest of 110 lots.
Meanwhile, palm oil fell 1.3% on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange.
