DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd (DSCL) today posted over 66% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 82.33 crore for the quarter ended March on better sales in businesses such as sugar, fertiliser and chloro-vinyl.

The integrated business group with presence in fertilisers and sugar had posted a net loss of Rs 38.4 crore in the year-ago period.
